Triplebyte has always been a great solution for SMBs. Our product is easy for hiring managers and founders to use. In this role, you'd be working with 30-50 sub-100 person startups that are using TB to hire engineers. Some of these companies end up closing their doors, some end up being the next talk of the town. You'll be in at the ground level.
This is a great entry level role for someone that has been in Sales or CS and wants to own the combination of selling and success for a SaaS product in recruitment tech.
I'm looking for someone with at least 1 year of experience either in Sales (with closing experience), AM or CSM. If you have recruiting or recruitment tech experience, that is a plus but not required.
