Head of Account Management

Triplebyte has historically been a marketplace, focused on getting hires done. This year we launched our new SaaS offering, called Premium. This has moved us from a purely success based company to a subscription and renewal business.

I am hiring for a Head of Account Management to bring in a playbook to that drives renewals.  We have a great team and a great set of tools to help us maxiize our renewal rate. This role will work closely with Sales, Platform Success, Product and Marketing. Its a great opportunity to join early and build the right AM function.

  • 2+ years leading a AM or CSM function.
  • 1+ years of experience in AM or Sales as an IC.
  • Operational and process know how; you know what needs to be built and how to define success of the team.
  • Successful track record building, retaining and training a new team
  • Cross-functional experience, especially with product, geared toward improving retention.
